How do you hire UX designers?

The Problem

The knowledge gap between HR and hiring managers often leads to inefficient and time-consuming hiring process

Core Experience

Hiring Manager

Olivia, the hiring manager chooses I,X,T shapes based on desired candidate’s design types.

Then select specific experience and skills she is looking for in a candidate. She can send the results to human resources and track the hiring process afterwards.

HR Coordinator

Alessia, the HR coordinator, receives hiring request from hiring managers. Then she adds more general job requirements and publishes the job posting to general public. ITX platform will recommend top candidates that match their design shapes.
